MeuCofrinho is committed to the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by Participants to use the MeuCofrinho platform and services.
All processing of personal data carried out by MeuCofrinho will comply with all requirements and obligations of applicable legislation, including, but not limited to, Law No 13.709 from August 14th 2018 - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.
By using the MeuCofrinho platform and/or the services, the Participant automatically agrees to the way of processing personal data established in this instrument.
MeuCofrinho will process the Participants' personal data in accordance with the provisions of this instrument.

MeuCofrinho will only collect essential data to enable the use of the MeuCofrinho platform, so that without such personal data it is not possible to use the MeuCofrinho platform. For non-essential data, MeuCofrinho will collect your consent.
The personal data of Participants will not be used by MeuCofrinho for purposes other than those established in this instrument..
MeuCofrinho may share personal data with financial institutions, payment institutions and public entities that must have access to personal data to enable the use of the platform or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
The sharing of personal data with third parties will be carried out under the terms and limits established by the General Data Protection Law and all third parties will be bound to comply with measures no less restrictive than those established in this instrument.
The personal data of the Participants will be kept by MeuCofrinho only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected them, including for the purpose of complying with any legal, contractual obligations, or request from competent authorities.
MeuCofrinho does not rent, sell or transfer the personal data of the Participants for a fee or for a purpose other than that established in this instrument.
MeuCofrinho strives to protect the privacy of the Participants' account and personal data. However, unauthorized account entry or use, hardware or software failure and other factors may compromise the security of your personal data even with the use of security measures, therefore, the Participant must adopt security measures. In addition to adopting good security practices in relation to their account and data, if the Participant identifies or becomes aware of something that compromises the security of their data, the Participant can contact MeuCofrinho through the established contact forms on this instrument.
Each Fundraiser Participant will have a public profile, with information such as name, location, time of registration on the MeuCofrinho platform, number of Fundraising Campaigns carried out and number of social networks, which will be linked to the Fundraising Campaign, so that they agree that such data personal data are made publicly available on the MeuCofrinho platform.
The Participant declares that he is aware that no personal data, with the exception of the data contained in the public profile, will be publicly shared on the platform by MeuCofrinho. The MeuCofrinho platform has features that allow the Participant to publicly make general information about the Fundraising Campaign. Any personal data of the public profile and of the Participant or of third parties made available by the Participant in the general information of the Fundraising Campaign will not be subject to the confidentiality and privacy established in this instrument. The Participant will be solely responsible for the personal data and information that he shares on the MeuCofrinho platform, so MeuCofrinho cannot be held responsible for any use of said personal data and information by third parties.
Participants may exercise their rights under the LGPD law in relation to personal data shared with MeuCofrinho, whether:
Right of access;
Right of ratification;
Right of exclusion;
Right of confirmation over the existing treatment;
Right of soliciting the blocking or elimination;
Right to the information from public or private entities;
Right of restricting the processing;
Right to review automatic decisions;
Right to oppose a treatment;
Right of explanation about the logic behind the collection of personal data;
Right of information about the possibility of not providing consent and about the consequences of doing so;
Right to withdraw consent.
